This online talk helps you find out about your own resilience in crisis situations and presents a range of everyday mindfulness exercises that will help effect a sustainable change in your ingrained response to stressful situations.

This online talk helps you to reflect on your own stress patterns and learn more about the processes and effects of a stress reaction, whilst introducing a range of First-Aid measures to help you react to acutely stressful situations and remain calm when things get difficult.
