Agrarkarrieretag
The Agrarkarrieretag is organized by “agrarzeitung” magazine and AgroBrain in partnership with the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Bonn and has been held in the winter semester since 2011.
Demand for agriculture graduates is at an all-time high, with the skills shortage and demographic change promising some fantastic career prospects. But what jobs do the companies actually have to offer? What do they require of applicants, and what can newcomers expect from their employer in return?
A number of fascinating speakers from trade and industry, science and politics will provide insights into the career paths available in the agribusiness sector. They will tell students and graduates of the agricultural and food sciences and related subjects all about their career entry and development opportunities and will be on hand to establish direct contact.
The event is free for students and graduates, with no registration required.
Participation is open to students and graduates of both the University of Bonn and other universities and higher-education institutions.
The Agrarkarrieretag day is being held in person on the University of Bonn’s Poppelsdorf Campus, although talks will also be livestreamed.
The next Agrarkarrieretag day is scheduled for December 4, 2024, with further information to be provided here.
