DESCRIPTION:This event brings together early-career researchers\, ML4Q alu
 mni\, and representatives from the quantum technologies industry to connec
 t\, exchange ideas\, and explore new opportunities. \n\nIn the morning ses
 sion\, Alumni Career Talks will give students and postdocs the opportunity
  to explore diverse career paths in quantum technologies and learn how to 
 prepare for opportunities beyond academia. In the afternoon\, we will focu
 s on the unique challenges faced by quantum technology companies of all si
 zes – from startups to established players. Confirmed participants inclu
 de representatives from IBM\, Arque Systems\, and duotec. The discussion w
 ill offer practical insights into overcoming these challenges while foster
 ing collaboration across the ecosystem. Young scientists will gain valuabl
 e perspectives on how their research can translate into impactful solution
