This workshop in English focuses on practical, directly applicable tools for strategic innovation management and strategy-led research & innovation (R&I) processes. Concepts such as Simple Rules for complex situations and Time-Pacing will be briefly outlined theoretically and explained by means of application examples from applied research, business or public organizations. Then, practical tools such as the 'Time-Pacing Diamond' and the 'Ideas2Innovation-Funnel' will be presented and directly applied by the participants in associated exercises.

Participants learn the basics of strategic innovation management and leave with practical and directly applicable tools.
