 spektive\n\nHow do apocalypse and imminent expectations affect human actio
 ns? This question\, which arises in view of the religious history of apoca
 lypticism for the various writings of the NT\, has (again) systematic rele
 vance in the present. On the one hand\, this results from the loss of sign
 ificance of the progress model for the present and from the increasing dia
 gnosis of an end-time crisis situation. On the other hand\, it results mor
 e acutely from the cosmo- and process-theological revisions of the old tra
 nscendence-immanence opposition. Does God ultimately act through man\, who
  no longer subdues the earth\, but who causes the catastrophe? And what op
 tions for action are then still conceivable? The workshop will address the
 se questions between New Testament and systematic approaches.
