 udents\, who want to improve their study organization and work structure.\
 n \nThe ability to organize one’s studies independently is one of the ke
 y competencies for the successful completion of a degree program. Internat
 ional students have to orientate themselves in a new cultural environment 
 and at the same time cope with the pressure of academic requirements — t
 he organization of studies can therefore become a special challenge in eve
 ryday study life.\n \nParticipants learn to record upcoming tasks and stud
 y goals and to organize them in a flexible scheme. With realistic daily an
 d monthly plans\, motivation techniques and better study habits\, the real
 ization of one’s own study goals becomes easier. \n \nLead-in Studies
