  Helsinki Commission (HELCOM) is the intergovernmental organization dedica
 ted to protecting the Sea’s environment. In his presentation\, Rüdiger 
 Strempel\, the Executive Secretary (CEO) of HELCOM\, will reflect on over 
 50 years of multilateral regional cooperation for the benefit of the Balti
 c Sea and on the role of his organization against a background of long-sta
 nding and emerging challenges\, including the current geopolitical crisis.
  The presentation (in English) will be followed by a Q&A session.
