 entific field often face. We will explore how to balance family responsibi
 lities with career demands. The session will begin with a brief introducti
 on on resilience. We will examine various concepts and develop strategies 
 that can support you in your specific situation\, such as dealing with the
  daily guilt of leaving your child at home while trying to manage work and
  meetings. While this workshop focuses on the experiences of parents\, per
 sons with other family care responsibilities are also welcome to join.\n\n
 The goal of this workshop is to create a safe space for you to share and w
 ork through the examples you bring.
