DESCRIPTION:This half-day workshop focuses on practical\, directly applica
 ble tools for strategic innovation management and strategy-led research & 
 innovation (R&I) processes.\n\nConcepts such as Simple Rules for complex s
 ituations and Time Pacing will be briefly outlined theoretically and expla
 ined by means of application examples from applied research\, business or 
 public organizations\, before practical tools such as the "Time Pacing Dia
 mond" and the "Ideas2Innovation-Funnel" will be presented and directly app
 lied by the participants in associated exercises. Participants learn the b
 asics of strategic innovation management and leave with practical and dire
 ctly applicable tools.\n\nThis workshop for PhD students/PostDocs is part 
 of the Doctorate/Careers plus program and units can be acquired.
