DESCRIPTION:The program will explore the ethical\, neuroscientific\, and p
 hilosophical aspects of AI's impact on human autonomy\, decision-making\, 
 and manipulation.\n\nKey Topics:\n- The distinction between manipulation\,
  persuasion\, and coercion\n- Neural mechanisms of manipulation in both hu
 mans and AI\n- Ethical implications of AI-human interaction\n- Regulation 
 and ethical AI implementation in various sectors\n\nParticipants will enga
 ge in keynote lectures\, workshops\, and an ideathon in collaboration with
  leading German companies in AI and neuroscience. Additionally\, cultural 
 events will offer insights into Bonn’s rich history.\n\nThis school is o
 pen to Masters and PhD students of the NeurotechEU alliance. Each universi
 ty can send up to four participants.\n\nNeurotechEU is an alliance of 8 le
 ading European universities and over 250 partners with a focus on brain re
 search and technologies.
