DESCRIPTION:This half-day in persona workshop focuses on practical\, direc
 tly applicable tools for strategic innovation management and strategy-led 
 research & innovation (R&I) processes.\n\nThe workshop will introduce theo
 retical concepts such as Simple Rules for navigating complex situations an
 d Time-Pacing\, which will be illustrated through real-world examples from
  applied research\, business\, or public organizations. Following this\, y
 ou will engage in hands-on exercises where you will learn to apply practic
 al tools like the 'Time-Pacing Diamond' and the 'Ideas2Innovation-Funnel'.
  By the end of the workshop\, you will have acquired a fundamental underst
 anding of strategic innovation management and will depart with actionable 
 tools ready for immediate implementation.\n\nThis workshop for PhD student
 s/PostDocs is part of the Bonn Doctorate plus program and units can be acq
 uired.
