DESCRIPTION:This workshop in English focuses on practical\, directly appli
 cable tools for strategic innovation management and strategy-led research 
 & innovation (R&I) processes. Concepts such as Simple Rules for complex si
 tuations and Time-Pacing will be briefly outlined theoretically and explai
 ned by means of application examples from applied research\, business or p
 ublic organizations\, before practical tools such as the 'Time-Pacing Diam
 ond' and the 'Ideas2Innovation-Funnel' will be presented and directly appl
 ied by the participants in associated exercises. Participants learn the ba
 sics of strategic innovation management and leave with practical and direc
 tly applicable tools. The workshop is offered by Transfer Center enaCom in
  cooperation with the Bonn Graduate Center as part of its Doctorate plus p
 rogram for graduate students and postdoctoral researchers. More informatio
