  pressure and stress that is affecting their mental health as well as thei
 r productivity. This effect can be enhanced when students leave their coun
 try of origin to study abroad. Mindfulness is a proven tool that helps to 
 relieve stress\, strengthen resilience and enhance creativity and producti
 vity.\n\nIn this two-part workshop\, you will get to know some practical t
 ools to infuse your everyday life with mindfulness exercises. A focus will
  be on body-oriented techniques including movement sequences that can be u
 sed throughout the day. Also\, you will receive practical tips and tools t
 o create studying routines that are sustainable.
