Stress Management Seminar for Doctoral Researchers

This stress management seminar is specifically designed to tailor the special needs and demands associated with the working situation of doctoral students. The seminar aims to support the target group in handling potential stress factors and shall facilitate the transfer of the coping strategies learned into everyday live situations. Within five seminar sessions, each lasting 4 hours including breaks, participants will learn different stress management strategies and participate in various relaxation techniques.

Intervention Study

In order to evaluate the success of the stress management seminar scientifically, the seminar series is accompanied by an intervention study. The study comprises the completion of various psychological questionnaires and the performance of a non-invasive stress level analysis (duration 1.5 hours maximum). Participants will be contacted for appointments via e-mail.
