- Introduction to the basics of strategic innovation management
- Structured chaos: simple rules for complex & dynamic situations
- Time Pacing and Time Pacing Diamond
- Ideas2Innovationfunnel: everything in view with outlook on web-based (commercial) innovation platforms
Course Description
Concepts such as Simple Rules for complex situations and Time-Pacing will be briefly outlined theoretically and explained by means of application examples from applied research, business or public organizations, before practical tools such as the 'Time-Pacing Diamond' and the 'Ideas2Innovation-Funnel' will be presented and directly applied by the participants in associated exercises. Participants learn the basics of strategic innovation management and leave with practical and directly applicable tools.
