SciComm Focus | Science-Based Policy Advice - Relevant Stakeholders and Their Needs
Offered by the Human Resources Development
This is the second of three sessions of a lecture series about important aspects of scientific policy advice. In this session you gain insights into the relevant stakeholders and their needs. Who actually asks for policy advice? How do the needs of government, parliament, administration, business associations, civil society differ? After the presentation we look forward to an active exchange between the participants and the trainer in the Q&A session.
The trainer, Dr. Robert Peters, has been working at the Institute for Innovation and Technology (iit) since 2019 as an expert for foresight and technology assessment. In this role, he leads study and consulting projects for federal and state ministries, business associations, and civil society organizations. Besides he is also a freelance moderator, speaker and author.
