Change Management
Fundamentals of Change Management for academic and private sectors - shaping Change proactively
A workshop offered by the Human Resources Development
Almost all organizations are subject to change. This seminar provides basic competencies and skills to deal well with complex challenges. The aim is to deal with change projects in a planned yet flexible manner, whether it is a matter of redesigning cooperation between teams, achieving cross-divisional targets or reorganizing entire departments.
The special focus of the seminar is on personal persuasion so that change projects become attractive to the participants and are not perceived as a forced "push" of activities into the teams. This is especially important in team structures without a direct hierarchical relationship, both in the private sector and in academia.
