Course Description

Throughout the workshop, participants are encouraged to identify the specific role that each individual plays within a team as well as the role that the team leader plays vis-a-vis all of them. Within this context, the workshop is always characterised by a constant alternation between theoretical insights and handson practical experiences to provide participants with the tools to enhance their group’s professional potential. On the first day, participants attend the workshop all together as a single group. On the second day, the participants join the trainer for a series of one-to-one sessions characterised by a dedicated tailor-made approach.
