This stress management seminar is specifically designed to tailor the special needs and demands associated with the working situation of doctoral students.

Course Description

The seminar aims to support the target group in handling potential stress factors and shall facilitate the transfer of the coping strategies learned into everyday live situations. Within five seminar sessions, each lasting 4 hours including breaks, participants will learn different stress management strategies and participate in various relaxation techniques.
