I am a Mathematician and Computer Scientist. In my work, I develop efficient and robust statistical inference methods for deterministic and stochastic models of biochemical systems. In particular, I work in ODE and mixed-effect modeling, likelihood-free inference, and at the interface of dynamics modeling and machine learning.
