The Art of Prioritizing – Learning from Start-up Thinking | Learn to Focus on What Truly Matters – and Let Go of the Rest
A workshop offered by the Transfer Center enaCom
Start-ups are forced to make tough decisions every day – limited time, limited resources, and too many ideas. Researchers face similar challenges when deciding which experiments to conduct, which collaborations to pursue, or where to invest their limited time. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to apply the MoSCoW method, a simple but powerful framework for structured prioritization. By working in teams on a fictional start-up case, you will experience how hard – and how valuable – it is to define what truly matters.
