Description

Strengthening your resilience muscle is a skill that can lead to more contentedness, a better health and more effective work management in the academic context. In this workshop we will focus on the transformation of negative inputs and how resilience can be used for your personal growth and academic success and solutions. The key will be a training in positive positioning from the field of "self-confident communication" on the one hand and authentic mindfulness on the other hand - based on the concept of “awareness in language in motion”. After a lot of practice, insights, movement and relaxing periods we might be able to handle our next crisis with self-care, generosity and gain.
