Recognizing mental stressors such as self-doubt or perfectionism and exploring
approaches like mindfulness, resilience, and a growth mindset. - Motivation & Personal Strengths
Reflecting on what drives us, and discovering personal strengths that can support
us through challenging phases of the PhD. - Handling Pressure From Within
Understanding patterns like perfectionism and critical self-talk while cultivating self-
compassion and healthier expectations toward ourselves.
