Description
You will learn how to prepare for a job interview based on the analysis of a specific job advertisement and how to research general information about the employer. The workshop is interactive and practice-oriented. You will benefit from:

- Clarifying and articulating your professional value proposition
- Developing and delivering a concise and compelling elevator pitch tailored to non-academic employers
- Applying the STAR framework effectively in behavioural interviews
- Responding confidently to challenging or high-pressure interview questions
- Navigating diversity-related dynamics in recruitment processes
- Recognising and managing imposter syndrome and other internal barriers that may affect
