Postdoc Welcome

Career Planning and Support Opportunities within the Argelander Program

Welcome to your postdoc life in Bonn!

Starting a postdoc is an exciting new chapter – and we’d like to help you settle in smoothly. At this event, you’ll get to know the Argelander Program and find out how it can support you during this important career phase.

What’s waiting for you:

  • Insights into the German academic system
  • Tips on funding options and useful support services
  • The chance to meet important contacts – and fellow postdocs from different disciplines

Most importantly: you’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect with others, exchange experiences, and maybe even make new friends to share your Bonn adventure with.

And because no good get-together ends without food and drinks, we’ll round things off with an informal networking session over snacks and refreshments.
