July 19, 2006:
A bug in the macro HOTEL_FAM has been corrected. The effect of this bug was that the permutation based P value for genotype coding was incorrect in case that the sample contains families with unaffected children.

July 17, 2006:
A bug in the macro xrctdt has been corrected. The effect of this bug was that families with missing maternal genotype and paternal genotype consisting of the allele of interest were erroneously considered to be reconstructable in some cases.

November 18, 2005:
Two bugs in the macro ILR have been corrected. The first bug only affected the printing of the distribution of mating type/ibd-score in part (A) of the output, but had no effect on the value of the test statistics and/or P values. The effect of the second bug was that recombinant families were not detected in some cases and erroneously included in the analysis.

March 14, 2005:
A bug in the macro HOTEL_FAM has been corrected. The effect of this bug was that all children were treated as affected, irrespective of the value given in the variable aff_stat

September 8, 2004:
A bug in the macro ILR has been corrected. The effect of this bug was that the P-value assigned to Holmans' triangle test (i.e., hypothesis "no linkage" and test "R and NI") was slightly too small.

September 6, 2004:
The macro ILR has been modified. The new version calculates the weights of the chi-square-bar distribution analytically. Thereby, simulation of the weights is avoided.

September 6, 2004:
HOTEL_CC and HOTEL_FAM have been added.

April 15, 2004:
ILR has been added.

August 8, 2001:
A bug in tdtpower has been corrected. The effect of this bug was that sample sizes were not calculated in case that one or both of the relative risks are assumed to be less than 0.5 (protective effect). Thanks to An Goris (Leuven) for pointing my attention to this bug.

May 11, 2001:
The macro rctdt has been modified. The modification is related to families for which (1) only a single parent is typed and the genotype of this parent is AB; (2) only one allele (say, C) not present in the available parent occurs in the genotype of the sibship; and (3) all children are affected. Such families were used by the former version of rctdt only in case that either all genotypes in the offspring are AC or all genotypes in the offspring are BC. The modified version of rctdt now uses such families even if both genotypes AC and BC occur in the offspring.

July 20, 2000:
EX_DMLB has been added.

July 20, 2000:
A bug in the macro rctdt has been corrected. The effect of this bug was that the variable pruef_rc of the detailed output file was undefined in case of a family with only affected children. The bug had no effect on the main results of the macro.
